Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Blouses must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched, personalized, or altered blouses are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit note, which can be used to purchase any other product at your convenience. The credit note will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your blouse for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. Availability of replacement items depends on stock.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@ravikkai.in / +91 97873 67996 with your order details.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our Returns Policy. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Custom Orders
Custom-stitched or personalized blouses cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for cancellations made before shipping will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.
For orders canceled after shipping (via the returns process), the refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
