Returns Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Blouses should be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom-stitched, personalized, or altered blouses are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Call Us or Mail Us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit note, which can be used to purchase any other product at your convenience. The credit note will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your blouse for a different size or color, please follow the same process as returns. The availability of replacement items depends on stock.
